Family Self-Portraits at Home | Hockley, TX
I took some time to capture a self-portrait session of our family right here on our property in Hockley, TX. These sessions are a little different from my usual work being that they’re slower, more relaxed, and full of the little moments that make our life together unique.
Shooting at home allowed us to capture our family in a familiar and comfortable environment. From the open spaces of our property to little spontaneous moments in the yard, it was such a joy to document the way we live and interact with one another.
Self-portrait sessions like this are a wonderful reminder that the most meaningful family photos don’t need elaborate setups or fancy locations. Sometimes the best images come from simply spending time together, being present, and capturing life as it is.
